This notice covers the public Waypoint Realms website at waypointrealms.net. Separate services, including Discord, YouTube, and future game stores, have their own privacy practices. Game-specific notices will be published if a release needs them.

Information from website visits

The web server and reverse proxy record technical access and error logs. These can include your IP address, request date and time, requested URL, response status, referring page, and browser information. We use these logs to operate the site, diagnose problems, and investigate misuse.

Cookies

The site uses a first-party Grav session cookie, currently set to expire after approximately 30 minutes. It supports website session functions. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect session-dependent features.

The public studio pages do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Videos are linked rather than embedded, so visiting a studio page does not automatically load a third-party video player.

When you contact us

If you contact Krupter through Discord or another linked service, we receive the profile details and messages you choose to share. Those details are used to respond to your inquiry. Avoid posting private information in public channels.

Service providers and external links

Hosting and infrastructure providers process technical data to deliver the website. Opening a link to Discord, YouTube, Hytale, or another external service brings you under that service's privacy policy. We do not sell website visitor information or use it for targeted advertising.

Retention

The site's web-server logs currently rotate weekly, keeping up to 14 rotated files. Reverse-proxy logs, error records, backups, and copies needed to investigate an incident may follow different retention periods. Messages sent through external services are also subject to those services' retention practices.

Privacy questions and requests

Contact Krupter through the contact page to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you have shared with us. Ask for a private conversation and provide enough context to identify the information. We will review requests under the rules that apply to them.
